Nature of the Service

The site supplies explanatory text and links to public resources. It keeps no official arrest, court, jail, or corrections records and cannot confirm custody, release anyone, accept a filing, or direct a government official. Outside research and search tools remain independent services.

Acceptable Use Rules

You may use the resource only for lawful purposes. You agree that you will not:

• violate any law or another person's rights;
• stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm anyone;
• use information for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another regulated eligibility decision;
• attempt unauthorized access to the site, a provider, or an account;
• run bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools without written permission; or
• interfere with security, availability, or another visitor's use.

No Consumer Reports

Delta County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and does not provide background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports. Its partners do not provide screening services through this site. You agree not to use site content or linked results for:

• employment, hiring, retention, or dismissal;
• tenant or housing screening;
• creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
• licenses, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
• any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

Outside Links and Services

Links may lead to sheriff, jail, police, court, corrections, federal, news, legal-aid, and third-party search resources. A link does not endorse the destination. Delta County Busted Mugshots is not responsible for outside content, accuracy, availability, charges, security, privacy, or terms. Review each provider's rules before using it.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are supplied "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that content is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, free from defects, or suitable for a particular purpose. Partner results may be partial or stale. Custody and public records change often, and nothing here is an official statement from Delta County or another government agency.

Limits on Liability

To the fullest extent Colorado law allows, the site and its owners, contributors, and service providers are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from access, inability to access, reliance on content, or use of an outside service.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the site, its owners, and its service providers from claims, losses, costs, and reasonable legal fees that arise from your use of the service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Intellectual Property

Original text, graphics, logos, page design, and code belong to Delta County Busted Mugshots or its content partners unless another owner is identified. You may not copy, republish, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from protected material without written permission or another lawful basis.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version becomes effective when posted. Continued use after publication means the revised terms govern that later use.

Suspension of Access

Access may be limited, suspended, or ended at any time and without notice, including when misuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or disruption is suspected.

Colorado Governing Law

Colorado law governs these terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Colorado.

Severability

If a court finds one term invalid or unenforceable, that part will be adjusted only as much as needed, and all remaining terms will continue in effect.
