Information That May Be Collected
Information can arrive in three ways. A visitor may submit a name, email address, and message through a contact form. A search query entered in a sponsored or partner tool is sent to that tool's provider for processing. The site and its service providers may also collect routine technical data, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location derived from an IP address, and timestamps.
Cookies or similar browser storage may support basic operation, traffic measurement, preferences, advertising, or partner attribution. Browser settings can block or remove cookies, though some features may then work differently.
How Information Is Used
Submitted data may be used to answer site-related messages, repair broken links, improve navigation, protect the service, measure traffic, prevent abuse, and understand which public-resource pages are useful. Search terms handled by a partner may be used under that partner's rules. Delta County Busted Mugshots does not control a partner's database, results, pricing, or retention schedule.
When Data May Be Shared
Information may be available to hosting providers, analytics services, advertising networks, security vendors, and search partners when they need it to perform their services. It may also be disclosed in response to a valid subpoena, court order, warrant, or other lawful government demand, or when reasonably needed to protect rights, safety, and system integrity. Personal information is not promised to remain within Colorado because service providers may process data elsewhere.
Search Tools and Outside Links
The search boxes can send queries directly to a third-party provider. Do not enter sensitive facts that are not required for the search. Links to the Delta County Sheriff's Office, Delta Police, Cedaredge Police, Colorado Judicial Branch, Colorado Department of Corrections, news publishers, and other resources leave this site. Their operators decide what they collect and how they use it, so review the policy shown on the destination.
Security and Retention
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards may be used, but no website, email system, or internet transfer can be guaranteed secure. Contact messages and technical logs may be kept only as long as needed for operations, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and security. Different providers may apply different schedules to information they control.
Children's Privacy
The service is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. A parent or guardian who believes a minor submitted personal data may use the Get in Touch page to request review.
Your Privacy Choices
Visitors may adjust browser cookie controls, avoid optional search tools, decline to submit a contact message, or ask about personal information supplied directly to this site. Requests concerning a government record must go to the agency that holds it. Requests about partner data must go to that partner. Rights can vary by location, and identity verification may be required before a request is completed.
